Welcome to the home of the KKmulticopter

Welcome to the home of the KKmulticopter, the low part count and simple to build multicontroller for Remote Control multicopters. The KK multicontroller can be used on KKPowerTower/Osprey (2 rotors), KKTriCopters (3 rotors), KKQuadroCopters (4 rotors), KKSexyCopters (6 rotors) and the Y configuration KKY6copters (with 6 rotors). The KKmulticopter project was started by Rolf Bakke aka KapteinKUK, and the KK in the name of the project is in his honour.

There are also several other contributors to this project, notably 420RcPilot and Scorpia who have helped with the TH and SMD board layouts, and Jakub_J has designed an excellent folding airframe. A big thank you to Mike Barton and Minsoo Kim for their work on developing some excellent firmware for this multicopter platform and thanks to warthox, Kinderkram, Dadde and manuLRK and all the others for their inspiring videos. There is an enthusiastic following from absolute beginners in RC Hobby building to MIEE electronics specialists.

This website intends to bring together into a single resource all the parts lists, firmware, design schematics and step by step instructions on how to build your very own KKmulticopter. It will also link to the KKmulticopter thread on the RCgroups forum where beginners and experts can share information and experiences.
